The PHILRES MANDAUE CITY CHAPTER is the strongest and largest chapter of Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners Incorporated (PhilRES Inc.). PhilRES is the Original Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) for Real Estate Service Practitioners under the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Service (PRBRES)of the Professional Regulation Commission.

Our General Membership is composed of (1) Individual Regular Members (composed of licensed real estate brokers, real estate appraisers includes government appraisers/assessors and real estate consultants) and (2) Individual Associate Members composed of Accredited Real Estate Salespersons.

Our chapter will continue it's efforts to register, unite and integrate all registered and licensed real estate service practitioners as well as foster and build the industry’s future Real Estate Thought Leaders.
